Try the Sample on the Wall You’re Planning to Wallpaper
The sample you receive will be of the size 17"W x 11"H and contain two sections that shows the design at its actual size and a smaller preview of the full design to give you a sense of how the whole pattern looks.
Apply your Sample
Before applying your peel and stick removable wallpaper sample, make sure the wall surface is smooth, clean, free of dust and damage, and hasn’t been freshly painted within the last 6 weeks. Wall surface requirements.
To apply the sample, just peel off the backing and press it firmly onto the wall, making sure to smooth out any air bubbles. Let it stay on the wall for at least 48 hours to check how well it sticks.
While the sample is in place, keep an eye out for any issues, like bubbles forming or edges lifting. Ideally, the sample should stay flat and bubble free, with the edges firmly attached to the surface.
If the sample still looks great after a couple of days, with no bubbles or loose edges, then you're all set to move forward with your peel and stick wallpaper project.
Removing your Self Adhesive Wallpaper Sample
It's normal for the sample to offer a little resistance when you first peel it off, but it should come away cleanly without leaving residue or lifting the paint.
If the sample peels off too easily, it might not be the best choice for your wall.
